Customers may return unopened products that were damaged in transit and request replacements be shipped promptly.

Customers may return unopened products that were damaged in transit and receive a refund check promptly.

  •  Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order via fax or email to Ginny O’s within 24 hours of placing the order.

  •  Privacy Statement

We believe it is vital to protect our customers’ privacy.  Ginny O’s does not rent or sell our customers names.  The information that is gathered from you is used to process your order and to create a more personalized and streamlined online shopping experience.

  • Out of Stock Policy

If Ginny O’s should be out of stock on an item when an order arrives, we will hold a customer’s order for a short period of time.  If necessary, we will call a customer for alternate instructions.

  •  Shipping/Delivery Policy

Shipping Included – The price of shipping is included in each item.

Standard Shipping – Standard shipping is Ground.  Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days after they are received. Complete street addresses are required on all shipments.  If ship date is other than as soon as possible, please clearly indicate specific ship date on your order.

Alaska, Hawaii – Please call, fax or email Ginny O’s for shipping costs and delivery information.

International shipping – Costs vary so please call, email or fax Ginny O’s for pricing.

Delivery – Standard delivery within continental US usually takes 3-6 business days.

  •  Security Policy

Our customers’ security is as important to us as their orders, and we have designed our online catalog to be as safe as possible.  All of our customers’ credit card information is kept strictly confidential and is sent to us using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, a process that scrambles the numbers so they are unreadable.

  •  Sales Tax

State Sales Tax (7%) will be collected for products sold to North Carolina residents.
